The health & safety of our Staff and Customers remain our main concern during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be following all government health recommendations, and for the time being, will be limiting public access to our offices to those customers with an Appointment.

We are here to help. The majority of our brokers are in the office at least 2 days a week and whether they are working from home or from the office, they are fully operational and able to assist you with all of your insurance needs. We can complete all of our transactions by phone, email or video chat however, if you would like to have an in person visit with your broker - please reach out to them directly they will make an appointment for an in-person visit at our office.

Please note that we have the following measures in place for visits to our offices:
- a maximum of 2 people from the same household per appointment
- no direct contact and please maintain a social distance of 2 metres/6.5 feet at all times
- if you have traveled within the past 14 days outside of Canada, have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or are showing symptoms of   illness of any kind, please do not come in
- Effective August 1, 2020, as per the City of Calgary by-law, all visitors to our office will be required to wear a mask during their appointment (exemptions for children under 2 years old and those who have a valid medical reason documented by a physician)
- appointments will be contained to specific meeting rooms and will be fully cleaned and disinfected before and after each appointment.
