Covid-19 Update

To our Valued Customers

The health & safety of our Staff and Customers remain our main concern during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be following all government health recommendations, and for the time being, will be limiting public access to our offices. Effective May 19, 2020 access to our offices will be by Appointment Only.

We are here to help. Whether our brokers are working from home or from the office, they are fully operational and able to assist you with all of your insurance needs. We can complete all of our transactions by phone, email or video chat however, if you would like to have an in person visit with your broker - please reach out to them directly and they will co-ordinate an appropriate time with you.

Prior to making an appointment, contact your broker directly (here is a list of  broker email addresses and phone numbers  click here) or if you are a new client - please contact us at 1-877-488-7225.

Please note that we have the following measures in place for visits to our offices:
- a maximum of 2 people from the same household per appointment
- no direct contact and please maintain a social distance of 2 metres/6 feet at all times
- if you have traveled within the past 14 days outside of Canada, have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or are showing symptoms of illness of any kind, please do not come in
- we recommend the wearing of a mask and have installed plexiglas dividers at service desks
- appointments will be contained to specific meeting rooms and will be fully cleaned and disinfected before and after each appointment.
